WHAT TO EXPECT in OUR services
We are passionate about having great music each weekend. We absolutely love to worship our God with excellence and passion. Our worship team will be singing some of the best songs written today. If you love Hillsong, Bethel, Passion and Elevation style worship, you’ll enjoy our worship. Follow this Spotify playlist to listen to some of the songs we sing on the weekend at Vima.
Our children are our most precious gifts. Given to us by God to raise. It is our desire to partner with you to help your child become a fully devoted follower of Christ. Our kids environments are safe, clean and a lot of fun. We teach from one of the best curriculums in the world and focus on creating age appropriate environments for your children to grow in God. For convenience, you can pre-check your kids on Sundays here.
One of our highest values as a church is to be authentic. At Vima, we are just real people, stepping out our walk with God. It’s a come as you are experience. There’s no need to look or sound a certain way to come and worship with us. We are a church were are all are welcome to come and explore and grow in their faith, join community and worship. Vima Church is a family that you can belong to.
Our Sunday services last about 70 minutes. Pastor Jon brings thought-provoking and applicable messages from God’s Word, often diving into the historical context and applying it to our current realities. Our messages are put together in collection of talks we call series. Series can be based on themes or topics that are found in Scripture or an expository look at the Bible. At Vima, we unashamedly preach the Gospel of Christ.
There’s nothing better than spending an hour with some great people while learning and growing in your faith. Well, except when you add an excellent cup of coffee from Reverie Coffee Roasters – then maybe it gets a little better. Every weekend we have great local coffee on drip for FREE, plus we often have donuts, pastries and other goodies. Get to church a little early to enjoy!
